Can't think of any right off the top of my head that are not herbs..

Chamomile, clover, dandelion...

You can eat stuffed zucchini blooms. I'm sure the same can be said for other squash blooms, but I'm not positive.

Orchids?

Some orchids, but not all. The signet marigolds are the ones you eat. Althea blooms - in fact, all the hibiscus family blooms that i know of are edible (hollyhocks, cotton, rozelle, okra, regular hib, etc). Any part of daylilies. Most sage blossoms. For that matter, most any herb blossom is fine. Sambac jasmine. Squash family blooms are edible and made into soups, stuffed or battered. Cornflowers. Dianthus clan- cheddar pinks, carnations, etc. Artichokes & cardoon. :) Citrus flowers. Elderberry flowers (may wine). Pineapple guava petals (like cotton candy!!). Pretty sure lotus blooms, but why you'd want to, i dunno. Violets, honeysuckle, chinese houses, creeping charlie blooms- you know, all the ones you grew up sucking the nectar out of.
