Fall blooming cut flowers

My daughter is getting married a year from this September and she would like me to grow flowers for her wedding. I have considerable space and I enjoy gardening. What flowers would you recommend? I have plenty of sturdy black-eyed susans. I would like perenials and that I can start from seed. Thank's in advance.

My black eyed susans are done blooming by September.

Most perennials won't bloom their first year from seed.

Dahlias and Asters are reliable Sept bloomers.
