Hydrangeas not blooming Plus 2nd question

They look healthly, growing, pruned old wood on time. what would you suggest? Perhaps Epsom Salts?

Question 2: what should I feed my 18 Euonymus emerald gaiety plants? They've been in the ground over a month, just mulched them last week as per growers suggestion.

Often times if hydrangeas are planted too deeply they will not bloom. The bud union (where the roots meet the stems) should be above ground.

Jut don't prune it at all next year at all
and see what happens.
Not at all, you have nothing to loose.
