Carolina cherry laurel and Florida anise are a couple ideas.

ilex vomitoria does well in those conditions, too.

Aka Yaupon holly. It's a type of holly that has fine (not sharp) leaves and dense foliage. It's less dense in the shade, but still fairly thick. We have a beautiful old one in almost full shade that was probably planted 30 or more years ago.

There is no finer plant than _Aucuba japonica_ for a shady location. Aucuba will become a dense evergreen, perfect for screening. It will also eventually meet the height requirements. I work with and love camellias, but their rate of growth is slow. Unless you buy huge, expensive plants, you may be waiting a lifetime for a camellia to be large enough to fulfill the mission you wish to accomplish.

_Eleagnus pungens_ or _Eleagnus pungens fruitlandii_ would be another superb plant for this location. It's a fast-growing, vining evergreen shrub that will climb your pine trees and provide excellent screening. It has silvery evergreen leaves; small, fragrant, bell-shaped autumnal flowers; and gorgeous translucent red spring fruit, which is much-loved by songbirds. (I can picture esh-ga cringing as she reads this paean to the eleagnus.)
