It took a while but this fancy cousin to sweet corn has really begun to shine.

I love it.
I bought silver miscanthus grass that is doing alrite, but that is absolutely stunning.
Thanks for showing pic.

It is a grass and it is a corn. It just doesn't make ears and it rarely blooms. I guess wherever it is native to it lives forever since the species name means perennial. Around here it will not survive winter. I plan to take cuttings and overwinter them inside.
