Finding garden clubs in upstate SC

Hi! I'll be moving to the Clemson area next month and I haven't been able to find any information on garden clubs or groups in the area. Does anyone know of any? Easley, Seneca, Walhalla, Anderson, Pendleton, Clemson...clubs, groups, or get-togethers of any kind in these areas would be perfect! I know the SC Botanical Garden is in Clemson so that's my next stop.

Whoa...going from zone 5 to zone 7...going to be quite a change! :)

Thanks! I had originally bypassed this group because it's in Greer, which is on the east side of Greenville and almost an hour from where we'll be living. But it looks like they mean IN Greenville, which is only about 35 minutes away. Joined!

There's a group in Pendleton that meets once in a while. I don't know what they do. They show up in the little local freebie Hometowner paper that the Anderson Independent puts out. There's usually a contact address.

You could also check here on Pendleton's Squidoo page... http://www.squidoo.com/pendleton-happenings
