How about posting a photograph of the front of the house, not just the existing azaleas?
Can't give advice without seeing the planting area and growing conditions.
Might be easiest and more attractive to leave the azaleas as is and intersperce the shrubs with pots of blooming plants until the azaleas come into bloom. You'll have to get out there and keep the pots watered and the dead flower heads picked off.

Dotties right! You are going to be showing it in the spring, and that is when the azelas are going to be blooming anyway.
Just go out in March and plant some big pots of spring flowers. Something to add color with flowers.
No sense in diggin up mature bushes now, replanting now, if you are selling anyway.
Plants don't grow that fast anyway.
Look at the nurseries in March, I know pansies bloom til May, and there are alot of other spring plants to buy.
Luckily, you will sell fast, and won't have to worry about summer bloomers. LOL!
