Well its been a month since ms sarah and i made the big 400 mile move. I followed a method of root pruning along with trimming the canes over a 3 week period. Got here in the middle of a hot spell. the rose canes were covered in newspaper and the roots were in a black garbage bag that i added water to keep moist.It stayed in the sunroom for about a week didnt think she'd make it. i took the advice of an article an added epsom salt around the roots as i watered. Ms Sarah is planted on the west side of the house next to a magnolia tree and growing like crazy.
