Recent pics for fall

Remember I planted 5 pittosporum out front by the street and I was worried about them growing because of our cold winter that year?
I think there may have been different people back then.
Anywho, they are growing, but boy are they slowwww.
I guess I am just impatient because I want some privacy.

Heard this somewhere one time. Fits for perennials...

First year they sleep, second year they creep, third they leap... (sort of...)
