| Does anyone here have copper iris (fulva). If so how do you winter yours? Most sites I've visited say it's only hardy to zone 8, but I know that can be pushed with a lot of plants. Some say they leave it in water as long as the pond doesn't freeze solid. |

| Mine winters just fine out in the garden without any extra mulch or protection. |

| I had mine in a pot outside for at least a year and it was fine. |

| Mine has been in a pot for three years. I just leave it out. It never occurred to me that it might be in any way tender. Denise |
