rudbeckia & shasta daisy

I started some from seed in late September. Right now, they're in a makeshift cold frame so they're protected from frost and warm up some during the day. The plants are about 3" in diameter some with upwards of a dozen leaves. Would it be safe to plant these out in their permanent spots? Or should I wait til spring? I'm hoping to get blooms from these plants this summer. Advice?

Wait till Spring for sure. If you plant them out now, and the cold zaps them before they get their roots established, they will be goners.
