Citrus red mite

They are back! Early infestation of citrus red mite on several of my indoor/outdoor potted citrus. I must have not done a great job of oil spraying some plants this fall. A few are too tall to deal with in the house (re-spray). Is there ANY safe systemic? Even if I can't use a systemic on my citrus, I have 2 bauhinia trees (tall) which also get this pest and I could treat these systemically.... Any oil preferences?
Thanks so much -- these trees are producing and have been going in and out for the last 5-6 years

Horticultural oil-water does an excellent job of killing mites. Spray upper and lower leaf surfaces plus alll bark. Soapy water will also work, but takes two or tree sprays. - Silica
