What to do from here? Is this normal?

I am a newer citrus tree owner. I purchased a 3 year old Nules Clementine in September. It was going great! I even started to get some blossoms at the beginning of December. I was ecstatic! By December 30th, they were everywhere. Now, the petals are starting to fall, which I understand to be normal. But some of the teeny, tiny green fruit (I presume) are turning black and falling off all over the tree. I'm not sure what to do from here. When I received the tree, there were a number of places that appeared to have had fruit picked off at some point, so I was assuming that this tree had produced fruit in the past.

What do I do? Is there anything that I should/should not do? Is this normal?
