Second how do you edit the picture?

Then you can ask for pruning instructions. I look at that dark mess and wonder if everything I am seeing is rootstock.

But Ginger Ragan, maybe you can get a better picture, but that plant doesn't look big enough for you to worry about pruning...

I second manfromyard- anyone with the name Fascist_Nation probably isn't worth listening to. That, and you don't need to prune. I'd say let it grow out over the summer, then prune for aesthetics. It'll probably branch out from those two tall stems. Don't get rid of any foliage until after the tree is happy and had a good summer growing spree, it'll need the nutrients it has stored in all those leaves to hit the ground running this spring

Your lemon tree looks great. They are bushes and spread out. My picture below show that I tied the limbs together to keep to dropping limb in a mild upward rise. Your tree will drop the limbs automatically when it is the right time. Just keep doing what you are doing. It is also very likely that your tree is from a rooted cutting unless you know that is grafted. If you can get a picture from the ground to just above where all the branches split off, someone more knowledgeable can determine if it is grafted.
