First, tell me, what do you have access too?

Let me name a few items...

Turface, pumice, peat, pine bark, perlite, Fafard mixes, good Nurserie high quality SOILESS mixes, Repti-bark, crushed stone, very coarse sand, and or floor dry from Napa?

Also, what is that thing you have leading into the bucket? Is that an auto waterer of some sort?
Get rid of it and water with a hose or sprinkler so that all disolved salts run out from that mix asap. Oh lord, you have a lot of work to do.
