Leave the flowers; and enjoy the aroma. Not all of them will make fruit; but after they do, for a plant that size and strength, and the buds being at the end of the branch, I would probably thin them to 3 fruits, later to 2 and finally, if the branch droops too much, I would thin to 1. That procedure allows the limb to strengthen; and in later years it will support more. If you prune the flowers, a Meyer will just make more; thus spending unnecessary energy that should be channeled into growth and fruits.

This is normal flowering for a Meyer lemon, as John has mentioned. I would not thin any fruit until it has reached golf ball size, as young trees tend abort fruit anyway. If your tree is large enough to support a few fruit, let the tree self-thin, first. By pulling off fruit at a very young age, you may end up pulling off the fruit or fruits that may have made it to maturity, while the ones you've left on, may end up dropping off - thus zero fruit. Nancy and Steve, can't see how large your trees are, but if they are big enough to support a few fruits, just wait.
