Orange leaf disease

Hi, we have recently moved to this new property which has a lot of fruit trees some with problems others ok. Here is a photo of a small orange tree not going so good. Any advice would be grateful. The small oranges are very thick skinned but very sweet.

I would give it shot of a good horticultural oil with copper; your local nurseryman or garden store can help you with what is best for citrus. Aside from that, I think your tree is seriously lacking food. When you are at that nursery or garden store, pick up a good quality citrus fertilizer with an NPK ratio of 5-1-3 with microminerals, especially Magnesium, Calcium, and iron.
