The Seedless Kishu will be a bit bigger and wider as a cultivar, in general. The Miewa Kumquat should stay a bit more compact. And all predicated on being on the same rootstock (semi-dwarf) with C35 being a smaller tree than Carizzo (both are semi-dwarf rootstocks). Rootstocks will make a difference in the ultimate size of your trees.

Hey I see that you are in Texas blueboy and in the same zone as me. Where did you find your Kishu Mandarin tree?

I got mine at the Urban Harvest Fruit tree sale in Houston.

They look like great healthy trees. I heard about that tree sale but I missed it and I live more than 5 hours away :(

If I had known about it before I would have tried to find someone to pick on up for me. It's pretty tough to track this tree down. I'll be in Corpus Christi tomorrow, I'm actually considering driving to Houston from there just to find one.
