I am going to guess spider mite. People here seem to prefer neem oil. I have so much junk around my place that I will not buy anything until the junk is used up and gone.

So I use a concoction of warm water 110F 4 tablespoons of canola oil 1 tablespoon dawn dish soap and spray a fine mist underneath the leaves then on top. The best sprayer I found is an "I can,t believe its not butter" container. Very fine mist for getting into tight quarters on small plants.

How are your bucket lights working for you. Mine have really worked for me.

Yes: really looks like mite damage. You may need a magnifier to see them.

I am going to guess mite damage if your top leaves are not ok...Those are the first tender ones they attack...If they look perfectly fine and there is no webs, then I will say not mite damage...Do you see any?

I question if you are misting your plants with your tap water?
Or , are you spraying the leaves with anything you can think of lately?

It was mites found web on lower treating it now. Came from Myron lemon I brought in and infected 60 % of my trees fixing it now. I'm good mike how are u winter has been hard on my little citrus but all have lived to make spring. Strangely the plants that where unaffected by anything were My key limes. Always thought the key limes where the most sensitive plants of all. Guess not.

Will the damaged leafs recover from what I know about citrus I would say no. Mites are dead and gone leafs are very dry now has drop a few of most damaged one. To many damaged to deleaf and let grow back it needs to get bigger first. Sad its a seed grown Clementine very preaty tree not so much anymore. I don't think its in danger of dieing just pisses me off damm spyder mites.
