Well, impossible to say with just one photo and no info. We would need to see how your little tree is planted - planted outside or potted outside or inside, and if potted up, what the potting medium is, how often you water, how much sun or artificial light it receives, is this tree inside all the time or outside, how much you're fertilizing the tree and with what, how frequently you're watering and if you're checking to make sure the tree really needs to be watered. If you can post a few more photos, and have the photos oriented so we don't have to look sideways at the photo, that's helpful. And, provide more info?
