You don't need to do anything, Leo :-) Your little Calamondin will simply push out new flush and blooms all on its own. No pruning needed for that.

A picture would help, of course; but I would guess you need a notably larger pot, fertilizer, and of course sun, when you can put it there. I have 2 calamondins at my lemon farm (okay tropical climate); but they NEVER stop blooming and fruiting. My administrator harvests fruit for his house/cooking EVERY day and the trees are always loaded with fruit. I think a cessation in production indicates a lack of rootspace, food, and sun.

You need to make a few jars of marmalade and send them to me!

now I've just looked I've got I believe a Mealybug problem so I washed foliage and trunk with shower head and didn't scrimp on the bug killer (Bayer garden provado Ultimate Bug killer) I have also cut of the dryer out dead wood parts which you can see.
