Hello everyone!
I had this tree for about a year now. When I bought it, it had some fruits developing, but as soon as I planted it they dropped. It hasn't flowered since. I think it is a type of orange as the smell from the leaves suggest. It has a somewhat bitter smell.

Then this year it started to produce strange patterns of leaves as the image will show:

What could cause this to a citrus? I think it is stressed by something, but I do not know what. I try to give them everything I can.
Also under some leaves there is this strange shiny thing:

What is this tree? What are the problems? What can I do to help my tree produce this year?
I am worried a bit...
