It is, indeed, due to our chilly, slightly damp weather. This causes our micronutrients to be locked out (due to temps and our slightly higher pH soils). Very common this time of year (mainly a lock out of manganese, followed by iron). More pronounced with younger citrus, and will dissipate once we hit warmer temps. In order to get fertilizer and the micros to be taken up at this time of year, well, you're really better off doing a foliar micronutrient application. Or, you'll have to acidify your soil around your trees a bit, then you can do a chelated micronutrient soil application if you feel so inclined. It was recommended to me to do a foliar application of Citrus Growers Blend. See if that helps your chlorosis. Then, do your regular soil fertilizer application if we get a warm up in temps.

Nika107 it is hard to tell if there is a problem with no picture. My tango went through a major new growth flush before I brought in the greenhouse and I remember the new growth was also very pale green yellow but they did grow in just as green as the existing leaves . The leaves on tango are extremely dark and that can make the new growth look kind of sickly . Of all the citrus I have seen hands down tango has the darkest leaves. Is your tree in a pot?
