What to fertilize Tango Mandarin with?

My new flush of baby leaves on my mandarin is remaining yellow green. Maybe it's because of the chilly damp weather we've had over the last few days and the new growth doesn't like it. But I think I need to fertilize. My question is whether I should use my EB Stone citrus fertilizer, which is 7-5-3, or my GrowMore Citrus Growers Blend Micronutrient for Foliage, which is chelated micronutrients. The directions of the GrowMore say to apply at first flush, "usually in April", which would be typical in typical years I suppose, but as we SoCal-ians know, this has not been a typical year...

Or maybe I should use both at the same time? Or separate using them both by a couple weeks?

I really don't want to harm this new growth....
