Hi Max,

The first thing you need to to is to prune your plant to get rid of the dead/diseased branches. If you don't do that, the disease will spread to nearby branches which will also dieback. In general your lime tree seems to be in good shape and once you do the pruning it's gonna be OK.

In my experience a common cause for this problem, is an aphid infestation that may actually have happened weeks or months ago. The aphids leave a honey-like substance on the leaves and branches which brings about fungus.

The yellowing leaves is another story, possibly a minor food deficiency but I wouldn't worry about it because it appears to be very limited.

Oh, I forgot to mention a good copper-based or other fungicide spray after you do the pruning. Also don't forget to clean your pruning shears afterwards.
