Love my Bearss limes in my margaritas. My pink lemonade lemons don't have near the amount juice that my Bearss have, but they're pretty good. And, it's a pretty little tree.

I make my margaritas with 2 oz Meyer lemon juice, 2 oz tequila, and 1 oz Grand Marnier. The BEST!!

A citrus reamer does a good job of getting every last drop of citrusy goodness. If you let the Pink Lemonade fruit turn full yellow/creme color, and soften up a bit, they are fairly juicy.
