To Pull Blooms or Not to Pull Blooms

That is the question..... I have read different postings from everyone on the forums saying to pull any new blooms off of citrus until they are a few years old but I am hesitant to pull the blooms from my newly planted Tango Mandarin (pictured below) and Bearss Lime tree. They are both growing well and have tons of new leaves and blooms. I am wondering if I should pull off the blooms and let the trees focus more of their energy on new leaf growth, or if it will be ok to let these things start setting fruit because they are already 3-4 year old trees before I planted them in the ground this year. Any thoughts, comments or advice would be greatly appreciated.
