Will clementine bear fruit without pollination?

I have a clementine tree that produces delicious but very seedy fruit due to the other varieties of citrus I have nearby. I was considering covering it with tulle to keep out the honeybees when in flower, on the theory that this might give me seedless fruit. Does anyone know if the the tree would still bear fruit, or do the flowers need to be pollinated?
