Soil with chemical wetting agents

ANOTHER THREAD FROM ME!

In expectation of my orange tree coming in the mail I have been reading up on adding wood chips to the soil mix, since it adds to the drainage. I came across a page on Four Winds site that says to avoid MiracleGro potting mixes because they contain chemical wetting agents and hold onto moisture for too long.

My Meyer is in a mix of miracle gro cactus, palm and citrus soil mixed with a lot of perlite. I admit it is not draining as well as I'd like, but it IS inside, so I figured that was why. Now I'm concerned. I'm going to get some better soil for my Moro, but I am hesitant about replanting my meyer AGAIN. He was just repotted into this bigger pot about two weeks ago (I'm sure you remember my thread about my sick tree) and he's only got two branches with new leaves, the rest are still bare. Should I risk it and repot, or should I leave it in the soil it's in?
