Any hope for this skaggs Bonanza?

Hi, Sorry for poor photo but this tree has been decimated by deer and I'm trying to salvage it. One branch seems to have no life left in it--should I remove even though it's a primary? Do you think this will ever bear fruit or should I just compost and start with new tree'?

I cannot see a photo. I am new to this forum and may be doing something wrong.

I had a young navel orange attacked by those darn pests last year. The tree is recovering nicely and in full flush right now. I'd suggest NOT trimming anything (unless its definitely dry/dark and dead) so as to not increase the shock.
