Will this lemon tree ever bloom?

Hi everyone.... New here and well, new to gardening as well. My question is regarding our lemon tree. It was grown from a seed and once large enough replanted in our garden. It's been 4 years since it was replanted and is probably a total of 6 years old. It has been doing extremely well and is about 10 feet tall now with nice bright foliage. This is our first tree from a seed so I am not sure if it will ever bloom. We have banana trees, a cogshall mango, star fruit and orange but they are all grafted. Is there such thing as a sterile tree that will never bloom? We do feed it every6 months with spikes but I want to know if there is more I can do or if this is all in vain?
