Ahmada, we need to know more about the kind of potting medium you use and also about your watering practices. Was your plant regularly exposed to sunlight before you brought it home?

I have a feeling that I may over-watered it. its still wet and the weather doesn't help the soil to get dry.
the soil is mixture of the normal traditional muddy soil we have in Egypt "which was in the original small pot before removing it" and around this we mixed peat moss with sand..

and YES i toke it from much sunnier place.. but my balcony should be alright..

I hope it's not beyond saving now..

I think Rhizo will agree with me that your mix will kill your tree if it's not too late.

You say you add peat? Even just plain ole peat with sand if coarse sand would be a much better mix than that stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if the roots were rotted away leaving your leaves to dy of thirst in a mix of too much moisture.
Do you have access to perlite or anything that is coarse that you can use that would make your which you will have to do make mix more coarse and well draining?

I would not get another citrus tree until you can buy or create your own mix with the knowledge or understanding the concepts of a rpoviding a good draining mix and why so important.

Thank you for your answer,
I felt from the 1st moment that there is something wrong with the mix, but the farmer who sold it to me told me it was tried before, and he has many citrus going fine in such mix.
I think even if the mix is bad it's too early to know (6 days) specially that what is surrounding the roots was the original soil of it and it was working fine, and roots may need extra time to feel about the surrounding mix (which we added for volume.

I'm trying to dry it now..

I hope it's not beyond saving..
