Citrus trees should be fertilized 3 to 4 times a year. As much sun as you can provide, so it is possible it's not quite receiving either enough sun or fertilizer. Also, satsumas are slow to mature, so give this little tree a few more years to mature. If you can provide photos that also helps.

7 years of care to receive the first decent satsumas? That return on investment is not favorable in my opinion. I'm sad I bought a Miho now. It is taking up space I could plant something that produces sooner.

There is no reason to be sad visrow, if you follow patty's advice of fertilizing 3 to 4 times a year (or a bit more depending on your growing season) and good sunlight exposure there is no reason for your presumably grafted tree to take 7 years to produce.
