Update and ? For john

Hi I am back with an update. My meyer is great! But is no taller, I think that it may take off this summer. My calamodin as you know had a bad winter. It has been outside in the sun for the past 3 days. it has to come in tomorrw, cold weather. The tree is growing slowly. Here's my question. The area on the bottom that was the biggest problem has a few brown branches. Can they turn green again? I hAve already cut others off so maybe I should cut these. Will the tree be okay? If it does have a problem is there a way to stop it?

Leaves and branches.... once they are brown, they will never be green again. Scratch the branches with your fingernail to be sure there is no green underneath; if not, cut it back to the trunk or to where it is green.

Okay thanks. I have cut others back but I have never scratched. I will try it.

The picture show the tree on its side and another upside down. I think the trees will grow much better if they are facing up. It will be much easier to water if they sit right side up.

Growing citrus can be so confusing.
