I have 12 citrus trees, orange, tangerine, tangelo, and lemon. a few of the orange trees have begun to deleaf and show very poor crops. It looks like it is spreading. What do I do to save them... especially the tangelo? Can I use pesticides, what kinds?

Without good pictures and a detailed description of what is happening, could say that it's anything from drought/flood to some horrible disease. Please tell us more and let us see some pictures -- overall, midway and close-up.

Yep, the rule is that you cannot grab for pesticides until you know with some certainty what the heck the problem is. Along with some pictures, you might give us a bit of information, too. How long have you had these plants, are they in containers or the ground? Just a general history.
