It looks to be a young tree; and young trees often produce imperfect flowers. With Meyers in particular, if you notice that the flower is all white, or nearly all white, i.e. missing the signature purple base, it is usually produced by young trees and rarely sets fruit. Not to worry... I suspect you will get more fruit than the tree can bear. If it is less than 4 years old, you will probably want to thin it heavily, or the tree will "forget" to grow.
