How often do you water and what kind of soil is it in? Have you been feeding it with any fertilizer?

I used to water it more, and probably haven't in 2-3 weeks, but it seems to be fine, and possibly improving. It's in low-budget potting soil from lowes, not sure what kind, and I've given it run-of-the-mill miracle grow maybe once every two months or so. That one green leaf is sort of yellowing between the veins, too, but it seems to be sending up 2-3 more leaves. Is it just that I watered it too much?

Citrus tend to need a ton of micro nutrients that arent usually found in common potting soil. They go yellow usually due to lack of these. Try to order citrus fertilizer or find a good liquid fert that has loads of them. I use seaweed powder.
