Troubled Lemon Tree

Goody122

I have had this tree for about 8 years. Last year it produced 100's of perfect lemons that I picked right before the week-long freeze in the central valley. The tree itself suffered some damage as you can see in the images with the split branches and the outright dead branches at the extremities. After the freeze, it lost all its leaves. New ones came back with a vengeance this Spring, but after a month or two, they are starting to look really bad. They are yellow at the edges, some are brown at the tips, and some are curled. New blossoms started a month ago, but they all dropped. I'm also seeing some insects. Photos attached.
I have sprayed with a fungicide/insecticide (Bonide) and fertilized with Miracle Grow Citrus fertilizer as I have in years past.
Is there something else I can do to help this tree recover?
