What kind of 'food' do you add?

Organic Traditions Soil Acidifier. I had been fertilizing every couple of months as the ph was still alkaline. I used about a cup or two each time.

Well, if you are using the Espoma brand, it is nearly pure Sulfur; it will acidify the soil in time; but it is not food. If you like Espoma, they also have a very good, though pricey product called Citrus Tone; it is organic, so you have to use a lot... for a Meyer I would use 1.5 times the label recommendations. Your tree appears to be a classic case of lack of food. Your Meyer needs NPK (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium) in a ratio of 3-1-2. Get some Citrus tone and start applying it immediately and I think your Meyer will soon begin to look better.
