Can you give us a picture of them? It's hard to guess without seeing how big they are.

They are both about 1 year old and still in the pot that they came in from the store.

I'm wondering about the smallest size Meyer or Satsuma plant that will bear fruit. What pot could it fit in?

It is the mix not the pot size that maters. Just pot up as the tree grows and stop at your comfort level. My poncirus trifoliata is in a 55 gallon half barrel and my friend and I have no problems moving it around.. I moved my 55 gallon half drum fig tree from the roof top down 10 feet and inside through my bedroom window for the winter. I am planting my kumquat trees in 18 in boxes. They have an easy grip handles and carry effortlessly with 2 people. I broke my back and had spinal fusion surgery 3 years back. at 57 years I have no problems. My soil mix is 50% high grade topsoil and 50% aged compost. If you use a 5 1 1 mix of pine fines, perlite, and peat. you will have 1/3 the weight to deal with. My friend uses a large contractors grade 50 gallon wheel barrel and an old close washer tub complete with 1.5 million drain holes. She got both from the city dump.
