Best Fertilizer

I have a small mineola tree planted in the ground in Florida (South West, near Sarasota), and it's looking a bit sickly. No new growth and the leaves that stayed on all winter are mostly yellowy, and sparse. It did flower this spring and I pulled off maybe a handful of tiny fruits (the little things left after the flowers fell off) so I could spare it a little energy.

In Feb, I gave it a dose of Palm fertilizer, and drenched it about a month ago with citrus foiler spray. I have also used Citrustone organic fertilizer, but none seem to perk it up at all.

Our soil here is apparently very alkaline, and citrus like acid...so what should I use next? I read on here the Foilage Pro liquid is a good thing for citrus (in the ground too?) and maybe some vinnegar in the water?

Please help!

Thanks
