Bought about a week ago and planted 4 days ago. I think this was on here before but not sure what it is.
About 8 leaves in same region, on two neighboring branches. Leaf feels rough and dry, not glossy and smooth. And color and veins are distorted.
When i run my nail across attached branch i get a green powdery resedue that is not on the other branches.

My concern is that I don't want to let the tree get comfy if its diseased and rather uproot and exchange it from local nursery. Otherwise if it's just a bug issue i can try to treat.....any ideas?
