Fertilizer for container citrus

Hello all!

I have been reading this forum and started growing potted semi-dwarf citrus a year ago. What fertilizer would you say is the best for potted citrus? I've seen some conflicting opinions regarding brands and I have learned that spike are bad. However, I am looking for fertilizer specific to container grown trees. Also, I know that watering tomatoes and other vegetable plants with Epsom salt is good for them, does this apply to Citrus as well?

epsom salts seem to be highly recomended as is folliage pro as a fert. I just ordered some, so hoping I have the success with it as others have.

Adding epsom salt is a good source for the magnesium that most all purpose fertilizers lack. Gypsum is good for adding the Calcium.

foliage pro solves this problem by having everything you need to give them.

You can also use Miracle grow all purpose and add the Mag and Calcium by way of the sources above.
