I would suggest if you're looking for a nice blood orange, the best tasting of the 3 commercially available trees is the Tarocco. The Moro will be the most colored by far, but the Tarocco has the best taste. The Sanguinelli is pretty tart in my opinion. As far as growth habit, I would say typical of any orange tree, regulated of course by the rootstock, so I would purchase a tree on dwarfing rootstock. Four Winds uses dwarfing rootstock, and their trees are ideal for growing in containers.
