meyer lemon problem

Something is causing the leaves on my new meyer lemon to get scaly and curly. I've only had it about a month. About a week ago I noticed one leaf with strange scaly stuff on the underside. Took that leaf off and disposed of it, but couldn't figure out what the pest is. Another leaf is showing the same condition today. Can someone tell me what it is and what I should do about it?
