Meyer Lemon Progress

This is my tree in three years time. It must love the location. Last year I got no less than 100 lemons from this little tree! I did better than my 10 year Meyer.

RE: Meyer Lemon Progress

You have done well, grasshopper. I would be happy if all my 21,000 Meyers looked as good. In a couple more years you should get 3-400 fruits per year; and at that level of production, you will have to feed it well. My producing trees get 3 pounds per year of 18-6-12 with 2% each Mg and Ca; and 1% each Fe and Zn. Anything close to that with an NPK ratio of 3-1-2 will give you good results.

RE: Meyer Lemon Progress

Thanks John! I fertilize 3 times a year as recommend for our area with AZ Best Citrus Fertilizer. Must be working!
