New Growth mis-shapened Orange, Lemon and Grapefruit

Have a question about my citrus trees. They have been in the ground for anywhere from a couple of months for the lemon(Lisbon had to be replaced after the cold winter), Arizona Sweet Orange - 1 1/2 years, Rio Red Grapefruit - 2 years. They look great and all have plenty of fruit except the Lisbon. But the new growth seems to be paler in color and also mis-shapened. The grapefruit has sent up 3 growth shoots at the top of the tree about 1 and 1/2 feet tall currently. They are also mis-shapened. I have been using Arizona's Best Citrus Fertilizer (end of Feb and again this week), just applied Foliage Pro this week. I will attach several pictures. Unfortunately I don't know how to attach them all at the same time so I will do individual. Did not have any problems with sunburn previously. They get plenty of water. Thanks for any helpful suggestions anyone can provide as to the diagnosis and treatment. First picture is Trovita Orange
