Analyze this tangerine

Couple years ago we had this tangerine. Never been taken care of. Recently I just had to see this tree flower and fruit so I bought some fertilizers. It had been about 1 1/2 month since I've tried to make it greener but I can't seem to make it better. Here are a few pictures.

Also if anybody knows how to properly water a grounded tree please share.

Your new growth looks perfect; that means the tree is getting what it needs. Don't stress about the old leaves; that is history and can't be corrected.

Should I prune the tree? Cut all the old ones?

No, Volde, do not prune. The tree will take care of any older pale leaves by simply dropping them eventually, and pushing out even more new growth. Continue fertilizing and watering, your tree is very happy you're doing that, as evidenced by the new flush. As John mentioned, new flush is almost always pale green, and will darken as it matures.
