i decided to make use of some immature lemons I had to cull from one of my Meyer trees. This was to prevent stress from too large a crop on a 4-5 year old tree per advise on this site. Sliced some of the green lemons up, added hot water, a few stevia leaves I grow, and a touch of honey. It is absolutely DIVINE!!!! No need to waste immature fruit!!!
