Meyers, like most citrus do grow in spurts; mine seem to grow about every time I fertilize them. For a Meyer that size I would take off all those fruits; if you don't the tree will put all its energy into the fruit and "forget to grow". You might water it a bit more often; and if you get a chance when it is warmer to put it outside, do so gradually, as in outdoors to full shade, then in a cupla weeks to partial sun; then another cupla weeks to full sun.
Another issue is I don't think anyone here is a fan of MG potting mix; so you might consider changing that also when you move it outside. If you reverse the moving when you bring it back in in the Fall, you will avoid the leaf drop caused by the Meyer's sensitivity to significant light change.
