Suzy, we need a photo of the entire tree. Two dead leaves may be perfectly normal, or you may have an issue, but we need to see your live tree, a whole photo, then some close up photos of the leaves. How does the rest of the tree look? Is it green and healthy? Any sign of bug infestation (like spider mites)? More photos of the tree, itself, is in order.

Will it get into the house?

Suzi, all your photos are sideways and fuzzy, so it's very hard to tell if you have spider mites. I'm not sure what you're asking, "will it get in the house?" Can you not leave this little tree outside in the sunshine? Citrus trees need full sun. With a lot of special care, you can bring them into the house during the winter, but when the weather is nice, you're going to want to bring your tree outside, and do that gradually, so it can acclimate to the full sun.

Patty I will retake the a pictures tomorrow. I took them at 11 pm sorry. The tree is outside in summer. I ment if it happens in fall can mites get into the house and how do you get ride of them?

Doesn't look like a problem to me! Spider mites are the easiest thing to destroy! Blast them with water! Gone!

BUT, the leaf miners an entire different story!

Suzy, you don't have Citrus Leafminer, not to worry. Your tree looks just fine to me, nothing to worry about. I'm not sure where you're located in the country, and CLM may not be an issue for you. Tell us where you live, and I can tell you if you need to treat ahead for CLM or not. CLM is mainly a cosmetic issue anyway, so not to worry.
